So, turns out it seems more "commercial" if I did some characters that are more generic for my work showreel. So I decided to make the three most typical character designs for it, this is one of 3 - the hyper-sexualised character, next is a power-armoured soldier, and a monster/cyborg after it. Of course to make this more fun I added more of a twist to it - which is most prominent with the second character - which I will post asap.
Some sketch peices will be done for these characters and be shown in my showreel, along side, a hyper-realisitic version of them in 3D. Soon as this is done, I can get back to my short film, which I will be extremely happy in doing. Not that I hate doing this, I'd just prefer doing that! xD
Merry Christmas!
3 Hours, Photoshop CS4, Intuos 4, Music Mika - Grace Kelly (Why the hell am I listening to this? INSANITY!)
*Edit* Extended the calves a little, and fixed a couple of minor things. Still not supposed to be uber-polished though.
I like the concept but her chest is a bit big for the rest of her body. It just looks weird. I do like the armour a lot though, you ever played Jade Empire?
Well the reference I used was a bit more bigger built than your average glamor model. But yeah you're right, ribcage is a tad to big, but not by much, or it's the cleavage, or both; one of the above.
